The Reports

We're not trying to reinvent the wheel; we provide peace of mind for landlords, tenants and letting agents by producing detailed property reports with colour photographs quickly, accurately and making them available online.

Inventory

The Inventory itself is an exhaustive account of every item within the property and its condition. It lists everything from how many tea spoons you have to what colour the bathroom walls are. In our experience it is wise to get a new inventory produced every other tenancy to correctly reflect the property's contents and their condition.

Check-In

The check-in is a shorter less detailed report that is carried out at the start of the tenancy and references the inventory. The purpose of this report is to detail the exact condition of the property, and is an essential document to get the tenancy off on the right foot.

Check-Out

The check-out report is performed at the end of the tenancy, and documents the exact condition and contents of the property. As an independent third party, our detailed reports allow landlord and tenant to quickly finalise the release of the deposit.
